Terms and Conditions

     Thank you for choosing to book with Borglum Inn B&B.  We look forward to welcoming you to our bed and breakfast.

  • Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation

  • Check in 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  If arriving later please give me a call.

  • Check out is 11:00 AM

  • Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

  • Room Occupancy limits are for two people.

  • Sorry but pets can not be accommodated.  We do have two Shih Tzu's.  They will not be allowed in guest rooms.  You may see them but under my or my husbands supervision.

  • This is a smoke free facility and smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the B&B, this includes vaping. Smoking is allowed outside in the designated area.  Please be mindful of other guests while smoking outside.  Please extinguish your cigarette in containers provided.   Any evidence of smoking in the rooms or in common areas will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee. 

  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted.  For guests abusing this privilege they will be asked to leave without refund. 

  • The cooking in the kitchen is restricted for my use only.  You are welcome to use the kitchen area for use of the refrigerator, sink, dishes and microwave. 

  • By booking with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Although we would love to have you stay with us, kindly notify us immediately if there are any potential changes in your booking.

  • Cancellations must be received 15 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund of your deposit minus a $25 booking fee. 

  • Cancellations within 7 days and 14 days from your arrival date will be charged for the first night and a $25 Booking Fee.

  • Cancellations within 6 days or less from your arrival date will be charged for the full reservation price.

  • Guests failing to arrive without notice will be charged for the total reservation price.

  • We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us.  We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.
